Job Description

LaneTerralever, the largest locally-owned marketing agency and one of the best places to work in Arizona, is growing. We need a seasoned PR professional to manage PR strategy, build a strong relationship with and gain stellar results for a large, complex client.
Here’s what you’ll do:

Lead of one or more major accounts

Develop strategic recommendations addressing challenges and opportunities for clients

Grow current media relationships
-
Pitch and secure impactful media coverage
-
Write press releases, award submissions, media briefings, and other documents
-
Interact confidently with senior level clients and prospects, both in formal presentations and spontaneous situations

Anticipate client needs and challenges, address potential issues proactively
-
Collaborate with senior leaders on new business proposals and pitches
-
Manage and develop a team of PR professionals
Requirements
Here’s what you’ll need to bring:

7+ years of experience in an agency environment

Top-notch writing capabilities
-
Media relationships in the Arizona market; proven ability to build media relationships

Presentation skills

Persuasive ability

Leadership skills

Confidence and composure under pressure

Bachelor’s degree in related field
