Develop, maintain, and support websites, email templates, mobile applications, and other interactive applications

Work on large dotcom builds

Develop performant and reliable applications that meet client requirements

Create high quality, well structured code

Work in a fast paced, collaborative environment with a team that shares your passion for technology, and with cool clients representing major brands

Work across a variety of technologies, building solutions that balance cost, features, and time to maximize client value

Troubleshoot some interesting and complex problems

Requirements
Here’s what you’ll need to bring:

Professional experience in development, bonus points for agency experience
-
BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or comparable experience

Development experience in at least one of the following: C#, PHP, Ruby, or Java

Understanding of HTML/CSS

Understanding of object-oriented design principles
-
Effective debugging skills
-
Ability to communicate effectively across teams and roles

Ability to troubleshoot and analyze code produced by others

Open-minded approach
Bonus points for:

HTML5 and mobile development experience
-
Experience developing for a CMS
-
Experience with relational databases and web services
-
Strong understanding of JavaScript
